A few listening recommendations.
“Loving As a Family Practice, Part 2,” from How To Survive the End Of the World
The How To Survive the End of the World podcast has posted the second part of the Brown sisters’ exploration of loving within family, and it’s a truly profound discussion of how families navigate pain and trauma, whether inflicted within the family or outside of it. You should listen.
“The History of Modern Manhood” series, from Modern Manhood
The Modern Manhood podcast from Next Gen Men has completed its seven-episode series exploring the history of modern manhood and men’s movements. The whole season is worthwhile, and I learned a lot about the origins of various strands of thinking and activism—both the good and the bad—that I’d not understood before.
May we all be well.
